Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its rankings of top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as in quarterly reports throughout the year that rank the top franchises in specific sectors.
Supporting Strategies was among 307 franchise brands, representing nearly 7,700 female franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the Top Franchises for Women. Supporting Strategies’ franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.
“The franchise industry provides many options to women seeking business ownership on a full- or part-time basis in multiple sectors,” says Michelle Rowan, President and COO of Franchise Business Review. “The number of franchise opportunities can be overwhelming, so it’s critical to examine feedback from other female franchise owners on how well the franchise meets their expectations in terms of support, work/life balance, financial opportunity, and other key areas of business ownership. The brands on this year’s list are all excellent options for women looking to make the transition to owning and operating their own business.”
Supporting Strategies’ survey data showed the following:
- Once again, on average, Supporting Strategies received a “very good” rating from its franchisees.
- Franchisees gave Supporting Strategies an “excellent” rating for the category “core values as a company”.
- Franchisees gave a rating of “very good” for Franchise Community support.
- 72% of the franchisees rated Supporting Strategies as providing a work/life balance of “balanced” or “very balanced”.
“Supporting Strategies is very honored to be named for the fourth year in a row to the Top Franchises for Women list in 2020. Being named to this list reflects our dedication to offering entrepreneurial opportunities for all, particularly women. We are pleased our franchisees noted they are happy with the core values we represent, the support we offer them and can achieve work/life balance through this opportunity,” said Leslie Jorgensen, Supporting Strategies Founder & CEO.
